Mike Kasper
Never one to shy away from a challenge, Mike has built a career on stepping forward when a demanding task is presented. He has forged his technical and organizational skill sets over the last seventeen years in both the concert and event industries. Though his first technical role was audio specific, he has developed a deep passion for all things video and lighting. Mike has excelled at production managing for national tours as well as one-off engagements. His pinnacle career achievements have been Technical Directing Danny Elfman’s 2022 Coachella set and Production Managing Rocketman Live in Concert, which featured performances from Elton John and Taron Egerton. With meticulous attention to detail, Mike is determined to make sure every component of a production is executed perfectly.
Allison Calleri
Allison has been producing for over twenty years, with projects ranging from studio tent-pole films, to branded content campaigns for major corporations, to independent films. Her major studio production work includes titles such as “War for the Planet of the Apes,” “Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials,” “Dawn of the Planet of the Apes,” and “Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer.” Her corporate branding clients include Four Seasons, Verizon, Facebook and DoorDash. Allison has also worked extensively in live events, managing such shows as Disney’s Coco in Concert at the Hollywood Bowl, Rocketman Live in Concert at the Greek Theatre and Danny Elfman’s set at Coachella 2022. Allison has worked in over 20 countries and cities around the world and is directly involved with all aspects of production, from the initial creative concept to the final delivery. She prides herself on delivering a project on budget and on schedule, all while keeping the creative vision first.
John Kinsner
With an early history of making bootleg mix tapes for his friends and working in arena operations (starting at the age of sixteen), it’s no surprise that John has emerged as one of the most skilled producers in the industry. Over the past twenty years, John has produced, created, and managed a multitude of full-scale tours, galas, world premieres, media shoots, red carpet events, and awards shows. His work includes collaborations with Disney, Ken Ehrlich, John Cossette, Jesse Collins, Tyler Perry, Elton John, and the Academy of Theatrical Arts and Sciences; and tours with promoters such as Louis Messina, Arthur Fogel, John Meglen and Paul Gongaware. As the visionary founder of Black Ink, John pursues his passion for producing unique and creative experiences through music, events, and media.
Selena Moshell
Selena has been performing and working professionally in live events since the age of nine when she was cast in her first Equity production of South Pacific as Ngana. Since then, she has performed as a dancer and aerialist around the world with Royal Caribbean, NBC/Universal, and Busch Entertainment, as well as performing as a dancer on the first national tour of Disney’s The Lion King for almost ten years. She is now a director who has helmed broadcast commercials, music videos, short films, as well as a feature length documentary for Disney Theatricals. Her film craft is firmly grounded in her background as a professional dancer and photographer, which is apparent in her use of musicality, light and movement in her films. She also directed the national tour of NBC’s Deal or No Deal, as well as the world premiere of an immersive fan festival for Bruce Campbell at the historic Stanley Hotel. In her role as a creative producer, she led the live production team for Disney’s Coco in Concert at the Hollywood Bowl, which is now streaming on Disney+. Selena was also the lead creative producer for Danny Elfman’s set at Coachella 2022, helping to craft all of the visuals that accompanied the show, as well as the worldwide live stream and IMAG camera direction.
Alek Deva
Alek has honed his wide-ranging skill set over the past fifteen years working in the arts and entertainment industries. He has produced large-scale concerts and live events, designed video, sound, and lights for plays and dance performances, installed state-of-the-art technical systems for both new and existing venues, and even directed a world premiere modern dance piece. He continues to explore new possibilities in the live events world, with a particular interest in how emerging technologies can be used to augment performances. His background as a sound and video designer for theatre and dance has taught him how to solve challenging creative and technical problems even when resources are extremely limited. Alek relishes the collaborative creative process, and he believes in the power of art to change the world.
